Ko Prao
The small island off the coast Salakpet has 25 luxurious air-conditioned
B1000 houses that charge more per night.
Ko Ngam
Ko Ngam is a very nice island bisected by a narrow spit of sand. Ko Ngam
Resort charges B800-1200 per night.
Ko Wai
Ko Wai Resort has several small cottage on a small beach and brown. Local divers
recommend the coral sea bed, but I found it rather mediocre diving.
Ko Mak
Ko Mak Resort (Bangkok tel. 02-319-6714), owned by a movie star in Thailand, has 10
Room B900-1200 at prices that are adapted to Thais than farangs. It is much cleaner
Lazy Days Resort (tel. 02-281-3412 in Bangkok) B100-150 tor only in the
northwest corner of the island. Boats leave Laern Ngop and cost B300
for each child.
Ko Kradat
Ownership of a princess of Thailand, Ko Kradat ( "Document of the Island") for a period of seven miles of beach
pretty good and diving. Ko Kradat Resort has 36 bungalows 81,400. Also try

Ko Kut
This is the second largest island in the archipelago of Ko Chang and remains a
place where backpackers can get off the beaten track without spending a small
fortune. Most of the bungalows are located on the west and northwest coasts. Several
rivers with waterfalls from the central mountains to the west
coast. A half dozen cheap bungalows have recently opened, including
Pension in the first Tapho Hat on the western side. Rooms with raised beds and
Common bathroom cost B100 and the restaurant serves surprisingly good food.
